While we are in the process of establishing an app-based service for students and employees, you are invited to explore the resources below as you discover, learn, and grow toward holistic health and wellness.

Many things in this world impact our sense of well-being. If you’re not thriving the way you would like, working on your mental health daily can be a great investment of time and energy. If you have ever felt like giving up, or your mood has hit rock bottom, the Moodfit app is a perfect place to turn for 24/7 help and support.
ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ has provided a way for students to have a FREE premium account. To take advantage of the offer, go to the website and use the program code ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ to create your account. If you already have the app, log into your account on the website and add the program code ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ to unlock access to all the resources at the premium level.
